History

Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Surindra Rajabhat University It was formerly known as Surin Teachers College Library.  It was first established in June 1976 at the residence of Bishop Boonjit Chusongdej.  Soi Pae Tee, Thanasarn Road, Naimuang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Surin Province.  People are Mr. Surapon Rerksuan  Later, at the start of the 1st semester.  Academic Year 1976 On June 10, 1976, it was moved to the wooden building of the College of Agriculture, Surin Campus. Since Surin Teacher College does not have a school building yet, it relies on an agricultural school building. Later, in 1977, it moved to a temporary school building near the student dormitory, the Music and Dance Program Building. In 1980, it moved to School Building 2 and moved to the Library Building, which is an independent building.  It is now the Student Organization Building and the Office of Student Affairs in 1995.  The library building was moved to Building 27, Office of Academic Services, currently opposite Building 1. floor

During 2004 – 2011, the Office of Academic Services and Information Technology had departments under the Office of the Director, Academic Services, Information Technology, International Relations Center, Language Center, and Center for Neighboring Studies. The Center for Neighboring Studies is affiliated with the Institute of Asian Studies.

 

2016 Language Center Transferred from the Institute of Asian Studies to the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology according to the resolution of the Board of Directors of the Council of Surindra Rajabhat University.  In the Agenda No. 6/2016 dated October 26, 2016

In 2022, according to the order of Surindra Rajabhat University No. 0791/2565, the International Relations Department was transferred to the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology from November 18, 2022.

The Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology has a major role and mission to support the educational management of Surindra Rajabhat University.  Under internal management, which consists of 5 tasks.  as follows Office of the Director Information Technology, Library, Language Center, and International Relations To provide administration of the Office of Academic Services and Information Technology.  In addition, to create knowledge and understanding in management covering the entire organization and in line with the mission and scope of organization management efficiently and positively affect the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology.
